1-2 persons 1 bedroom with double bed from 92 EUR per night, each additional person 23 EUR surcharge per night.
In 3 bedrooms there are altogether 5 full-fledged sleep places. We are looking forward to your inquiry and will make you an offer according to your requirements.
The service fee for the final cleaning is 66 EUR. The minimum rental period is 3 nights.
Oversized bed linen, towels and tea towels are included.
The registration and the total amount in cash are due on arrival. You can also pay by bank transfer before arrival.
In case of cancellation 100 % refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50 % refund up to 14 days before arrival and 20 % refund less than 14 days before arrival.
They can usually arrive around 15:00 and plan their departure by 11:00. Individual arrangements are possible.
The city of Dresden levies an additional accommodation tax of 6 % of the accommodation price. This will be charged separately.
